I am particularly troubled by recent information regarding calls made by BOSS. I reccomend looking into every possible means to remedy the situation and patch up what leaks may exist with whatever plug is available. Similar problems caused this agency trouble as you may recall thirty years ago to the extent that operation POP DROP was run for many years until fallout from Watergate affair necessitated that the operation be closed.
