Amazon insisted on doing a Kindle edition of the book, even though a professionally laid-out version is available for free as a Creative Commons PDF from http://10print.org. We wanted to make the book available this way since the “10 PRINT” program was a part of open culture at the time, although having the printed books is nice, too.

I wish this edition were in better shape, but Amazon did not contact any of us when they prepared the Kindle edition, so we weren’t involved in putting it together. You’ll have to direct any complaints or requests to that company, I’m afraid.

I did not know how to reach any of the authors of the book. So here it goes :)

First: Great book and I am really, really happy that a book exists about such an esoteric topic :) Kudos!

Now for the “bad” part: I just bought the Kindle version of your book on Amazon (Germany) and unfortunately this edition is a bit messed up. The introduction is for some reason the last chapter of the book which makes for a very confusing read until you check it against the pdf and find out that you actually missed reading the introduction … Because of this, all of the references to the figures are not correct either.

Would be great if this could be fixed.
